Are the prices listed inclusive of Certificate of Entitlement (COE)?

Yes. The listed prices are inclusive of COE, which represents the right to vehicle ownership in Singapore for a period of 10 years.


What are the BMW models currently available on sale?

To discover models on sale, look for the "New Cars” button, under “Shop” at the top of the site.


Can I test drive a vehicle before confirming my order?

Yes. Upon your appointment date, please inform your respective Sales Consultant, and a test drive will be scheduled for you.


How do I reserve a vehicle on the website?

You may choose a vehicle from the listed models on sale, and once you have made your choice, look for the “Reserve Now” button to confirm your order.

Next, you will need to fill in your details, billing address and your preferred payment method before making a successful online order on our website.

If you would like to learn more about the vehicle, you may select “Send us a message” or “Book a Test Drive” for more information.

Upon placing an order online, you will receive a confirmation email from us with the relevant vehicle and payment information pertaining to your vehicle.

Our friendly Sales Consultants will reach out to you to arrange an appointment to come down to our BMW Eurokars Auto Showroom or BMW Eurokars Experience Centre.


How does vehicle reservation work?

All vehicle reservation requests are subject to a S$500 refundable reservation fee made on the website, along with the confirmation email that your reservation is successful.

By completing the information requested at checkout and clicking the “Submit Payment Now” button for a vehicle reservation, you accept and agree to the terms of the VEHICLE RESERVATION TERMS & CONDITIONS. Do note that the reservation fee made for the reservation requests and the VEHICLE RESERVATION TERMS & CONDITIONS do not constitute a contract for the sale or purchase of the vehicle. It is solely to for reserving the vehicle, pending the conclusion of the Vehicle Service Agreement (VSA) Contract within 5 calendar days with Eurokars Auto Pte. Ltd.

Can I test drive a vehicle before confirming my order?

Yes. Upon your appointment date, please inform your respective Sales Consultant, and a test drive will be scheduled for you.


Can I change my order after submitting a reservation online?

For any amendments to change a confirmed reservation, kindly reach us via email at bmw.info@eurokars.com.sg.


Can I get a refund after submitting my order online?

If you decide not to purchase the vehicle, you can request a refund of the reservation fee at any time by contacting us via email (bmw.info@eurokars.com.sg).

Your payment will be refunded in full, within 5-10 days. You will be notified on the details of your refund via email.

Thereafter, your refund will be credited back to your credit card within the next 3 to 30 working days, depending on your credit card issuing bank.


If I purchase a BMW online, when can I get my car?

You should be able to get your new car within two weeks after a successful COE bidding, along with your full payment of the balance amount. This is dependent on the arrival of the shipment for the model booked. For more details regarding the estimated arrival month of your vehicle, kindly check with your respective Sales Consultant.

Should your vehicle be delayed, subject to unforeseen circumstances (i.e. shipment delays) your respective Sales Consultant will be in touch with you.
